Chunky Guacamole

Makes 3 cups
- 4 ripe Hass avacados, halved, pitted
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp minced red onion
- 2 large red jalapeno chiles, seeded, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp each ground cumin and salt
- 1 large colve garlic, crushed through a press
- Spoon avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of the lime juice. Using a pastry blender or a large fork, mash avacados just until chunky.
- Stir in remaning lime juice and ingredients until combined. Cover surface of guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
