Makes 1 cup
1/2 cup chopped peeled tomato
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp chopped peeled fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
