1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut up

1 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg (8 oz) Mozzarella cheese crumbles
2 tbsp chopped Spanish olives
1 loaf French bread (about 24 inches), cut lengthwise in half
paprika

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup each finely chopped green and red pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients; cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Garnish with additional 1 tsp chopped peppers if desired.

Artichoke Dip

Makes 10 servings

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9 inch pie plate.

Velveeta Chili Dip

Makes 24 servings

1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese, cut up
1 can (15 oz) chili with or without beans

Mix Velveeta and chili in 2 qt microwaveable bowl.  Microwave on high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or chips
