Makes 18 servings
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions.
- Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions. Serve with crackers.
