Makes about 2 3/4 cups
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick), softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat butter, peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce speed to low. Add sugar and milk; beat until blended. Increase speed to medium-high; beat 2 minutes or until fluffy.
